During the Tourism Fair FITUR 2019, <\/strong>the winning recipe for the 4th competition of #RetoMoringa2018 <\/strong>was announced, at the Paraguay<\/strong> stand, which was dedicated to The Soul and Flavour of the Guarani.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The winning recipe is MORINGA DEL MAR, (MORINGA FROM THE SEA) <\/strong>presented by MARINELLY MARLENY, from the Dominican Republic<\/strong>, who won the prize of 1.000\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are talking about a recipe in which the Moringa permeates the whole dish in an elaborate and creative way: it is in the wrap, the dough, the topping and the sauce.<\/p>\n

This year has seen a further step taken in the high level of the recipes submitted. The everyday use of the Moringa is present in the various ways it is used in each recipe, showing its versatility and the beneficial nourishment of its mild flavour, which allows it to be combined with many other ingredients.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

If we look at the evolution since previous years, the winning recipes have gone from risotto to pizza, from energy bars and now to the Moringa of the Sea, an enticing name where the plant meets the maritime and integrates in a dish full of creativity and technique and where the spotlight is on the Moringa in each part of its composition, not only for its delicious flavour but its aesthetic.<\/p>\n

The Ygu\u00e1 family is grateful for your dedication that has allowed us to know the Moringa used in such a delicious way and to such a high level of gastronomy. The jury did not have an easy choice when considering the diversity and wealth of the dishes and drinks submitted, but coincided by awarding the highest points to this recipe.<\/p>\n

The jury, composed of Alejandra Feldman<\/strong>, Food Journalist; Mar\u00eda Marte<\/strong>, 2-starred Michelin Chef and Elisa Escorihuela<\/strong>, Nutritionist and Founder of Nutt \u2013 Nutritional Counselling, represent three different points of view on each dish. Three types of knowledge that give us a cultural richness by satisfying our intellect and motivating us to learn more on how we eat.<\/p>\n
