This recipe optimises a plain omelette nutritionally simply by stirring half a spoonful of Moringa powder into the beaten eggs. The creator of the recipe describes it as a \u201cFrench omelette with a pinch of Moringa, which enriches the taste of the egg as well as providing more proteins, vitamins A, B and C and minerals!.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The importance of a spoonful of Moringa lies in its nutritional transformation of the dish.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In most of the 85 recipes approved the candidates have emphasised the everyday approach which enables Moringa superfood to be included as part of a <a href=\"https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/en\/daily-natural-addition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daily Natural Addition.<\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6278\" style=\"width: 1210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/el-retomoringa2018-muestra-como-equilibrar-la-dieta-de-forma-cotidiana\/secuencia-tortilla-01\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6278\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6278\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6278\" src=\"https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Secuencia-tortilla-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"473\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-6278\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sequence of steps corresponding to &#8220;Omelette enriched with Moringa&#8221;.<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We have received several different recipes for pasta and rice dishes that show how in just one simple step adding Moringa in leaf or powder form takes its corresponding dish to a new level in nutritional, antioxidant and <strong>nutraceutica<\/strong>l values<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the majority of the recipes, Moringa is integrated into the sauce. As it has a mild slightly spicy vegetable taste it can easily be combined with the pine nuts and basil of pesto sauce; with onion, garlic, tomato and oregano for casarecci sauce; with coconut, turmeric and pepper in tropical taglietelle&#8230; All dishes prepared easily but to be eaten slowly with enjoyment.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The \u201cBanana pancake with a touch of Moringa\u201d teaches us how easy it is to make your breakfast better.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And what can be more everyday than a basic food like bread?
