Some variations add garlic or lettuce.<\/p>\n<p>It is traditionally served as part of a mezze in the Arab world. Variations of it are made by Armenians, Turks and Israelis.<\/p>\n<p>The Argentine Marcelo Mattar has prepared a special Tabbouleh, which in addition to the traditional ingredients includes Moringa, functional food that takes this dish to a new level.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s see how to prepare it:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">300 g cous cous<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 blue tomato<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 raf tomato<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 raw tomato<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">100 g fresh parsley<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">12 fresh mint leaves or fresh mint<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">5 fresh basil leaves<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 small onion<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 trocadero\/French lettuce<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 lemon<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">80 ml extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 tablespoon sea salt<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 teaspoon black pepper<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 tablespoons Moringa<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Note: We can use any variety of fresh tomato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/tabule-cuscus-moringa\/tabule-3\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4704\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4704\" src=\"https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1557\" height=\"1168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-500x375.jpg 500w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-700x525.jpg 700w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-800x600.jpg 800w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3-1200x900.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/yguamoringa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tabule-3.jpg 1557w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1557px) 100vw, 1557px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparation<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Put the cous cous in a bowl and cover with cold water.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add enough to allow the cous cous to soften.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chop the tomatoes in cubes and add the cous cous (drained if necessary).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wash and pat dry the parsley, peppermint and basil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chop finely and add to the cous cous. Slice the spring onion finely and add to the cous cous.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grate the lemon peel, squeeze the juice and incorporate both to the salad.
