The 32nd BioCultura<\/a> Fair in Madrid, which has just finished, has shown us the soundness of the organic sector. Over 70.000 visitors passed through pavilion number 9 in Ifema and the meeting rooms with different activities registered high attendance.<\/p>\n

In the Fair there were 750 exhibitors, 135 of them grouped together in public and private regulating councils of organic certification.<\/p>\n

BioCultura Madrid is a reflection of the organic sector in which veganism and superfoods play an ever more important part \u00a9.<\/p><\/div>\n

The main sector in BioCultura, is organic food although also of relevance are other related subsectors, like certified ecological cosmetics, organic sustainable fashion or bio construction.<\/p>\n

There are more and more people whose conscience is awakening\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

According to \u00c1ngeles Parra<\/strong>, director of BioCultura, “there is no way the organic sector can be stopped. We are not a fad or just another fair; we are the tip of the iceberg for people who want a total change to be able to live in harmony with nature, with each other, with their families and with society”.<\/p>\n

Parra stresses the change in awareness of a growing number of people.\u201d There are more and more people whose conscience is awakening. There is a wish to modify our consumer habits, to bet on the regeneration of the earth mother Gaia. \u00a0BioCultura offers the best bet for the circular economy and the common good”.<\/p>\n

The conventional agri-food sector is being much influenced by the organic sector\u2026 I wish they would imitate us so that organic food, that treasure, could reach every household.\u201d
